You’ve been through things that still affect you—whether it’s past trauma, an unhealthy relationship, or the constant stress of caring for others. On the outside, you may be holding things together, but internally you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck.
I work with adults who are recovering from trauma and abuse, as well as parents of children with special needs who are carrying an immense emotional load. Many of my clients feel burned out, stretched thin, and unsure how to keep going without losing themselves in the process.
Therapy with me is supportive, practical, and tailored to you. We’ll work together to help you process what you’ve been through, reduce emotional overwhelm, and build tools that actually help in your day-to-day life. My approach integrates evidence-based methods like CBT, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused strategies—but always in a way that feels personal and relevant to your goals.
Over time, clients often begin to feel more grounded, more in control of their emotions, and better able to set boundaries, cope with stress, and move forward with clarity.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 14 years of experience. I’m also bilingual (English/Spanish) and hold advanced certifications in trauma and addiction, including CCTP-II, CAP, and ICADC.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re used to handling everything on your own. If you’re ready for support, or even just thinking about it, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to answer questions and help you take the next step.
